[!NOTE] For other platforms, operating systems, and frameworks, you don’t have to request access to start using Party SDKs and samples. If you’re not yet a registered developer for the previously mentioned platforms and want to become one, go to their developer page to learn more. Access to secured SDKs and samples depends on your authorization with the applicable platform holder. If your platform authorization expires or is revoked, you might need to complete the platform’s confirmation process again to renew your access.
Switch, Switch 2, PS4™, and PS5™
- Go to the Nintendo or Sony developer portal, and then find the PlayFab page (categorized under Middleware).
- Follow the instructions on the developer portal. Use their site to send PlayFab a notification to let the team know that you’re a registered developer.
XBOX
To become a registered developer for XBOX, go to ID@XBOX. Once you get access to the XBOX (GDK), you also have access to the Party and MLP libraries as part of the GDK.[!NOTE] PC GDK is open source and is available on the GDK download page.
