PartyXblManager::DestroyChatUser in PartyXboxLive.h destroys a PartyXblChatUser instance, releasing XBOX Live resources managed by the PlayFab Party helper.

The chat user object to be destroyed.
c_partyErrorSuccess if the call succeeded or an error code otherwise. The human-readable form of the error code can be retrieved via GetErrorMessage().
