Duplicates the XblHttpCallHandle object.

Type: XblHttpCallHandle The handle of the HTTP call. duplicateHandle _Out_
Type: XblHttpCallHandle* The duplicated handle.

Type: HRESULT Result code for this API operation.

Use XblHttpCallCloseHandle to close it.
