統計資料變更通知的事件處理常式。

## 語法

*statisticChangeEventArgs*   \_In\_\

包含已訂閱統計資料之變更的相關資訊。

*context*   \_In\_\
類型：void\*

將傳回給處理常式的呼叫端內容。
