# AggregateSessionsResponse (JSON)

包含使用者健身工作階段的彙總資料。

## AggregateSessionsResponse

AggregateSessionsResponse 物件具有下列規格。

| 成員 | 類型 | 描述 |
| - | - | - |
| totalDurationInSeconds | 64 位元帶正負號整數 | 彙總期間內工作階段的總持續時間 (以秒為單位)。 |
| totalJoules | 64 位元帶正負號整數 | 彙總期間內消耗的總能量 (以焦耳為單位)。 |
| totalSessions | 64 位元帶正負號整數 | 彙總期間內的工作階段總數。 |
| weightedAverageMets | 單精確度浮點數 | 彙總期間內的加權平均代謝當量 (MET) 值。MET 值是個人在活動期間的代謝率相對於其靜止時代謝率的比率。由於無論個人體重為何，靜止時的代謝率都是 1.0，且 MET 值是相對於個人的靜止代謝率，因此可用來比較不同體重的人所從事活動的強度。 |
