# 流失预测快速入门

> 为高风险玩家创建 PlayFab 流失预测细分，并附加缓解操作（例如发放虚拟货币），以自动减少玩家流失。

# 玩家流失预测快速入门

## 先决条件

1. 登录 [PlayFab 门户](https://developer.playfab.com)。
2. 导航到你的游戏。

## 创建流失预测细分并应用缓解策略

**注意** - 只有在为游戏启用该功能 48 小时后才能创建流失预测细分。

1. 在 **Players** 页面上，选择顶部的 **Segments** 选项卡。

2. 选择 **New Segment**。

3. 输入一个描述性名称作为 **Segment name**。例如，"MyChurnPredictionSegment"。

4. 在 **Players** 下，选择 **Churn Prediction**，然后选择 **High Risk** 作为流失类别。

5. 在 **Actions** 中，选择 **Add Action**。

6. 对于 **Type**，选择 **Grant Virtual Currency**。\

   对于 **Virtual currency code**，选择 **GC (Game Coins)**。\

   对于 **Amount**，输入 **50** 作为你要发放给玩家的数量。\

7. 导航回 **Segments** 页面，查看新创建的流失细分以及该细分中的玩家数。

你已成功为高流失风险玩家创建了玩家细分，并应用了缓解策略来降低流失率并留住玩家。
