获取一个是/否答案,以确定该用户是否被允许对目标用户执行指定的操作。

## URI 参数

| 参数 | 类型 | 说明 |

| requestorId | string | 必需。执行操作的用户的标识符。可能的值为 `xuid()` 和 `me`。此项必须为已登录的用户。示例值:`xuid(0987654321)`。 |

## 查询字符串参数
