支持用于检索 hopper 统计信息的 GET 操作。

> **重要:**\
> 此 URI 拟用于合约 103 或更高版本,并且要求每次请求都包含 X-Xbl-Contract-Version: 103 或更高版本的标头元素。

## 备注

对于目标用户的配置,此 URI 支持 xuid、gt 和 me 作为所有者标识符的值。只有票证的创建者才能删除该票证或检索该 URI 的状态。

| scid | GUID | 会话的服务配置标识符 (SCID)。 |
| name | string | hopper 的名称。 |
