# SessionEntry (JSON)

包含一次健身会话的数据。

## SessionEntry

SessionEntry 对象具有以下规范。

| 成员 | 类型 | 说明 |
| - | - | - |
| durationInSeconds | 32 位有符号整数 | 会话的持续时间(以秒为单位)。 |
| joules | 32 位有符号整数 | 会话中消耗的能量(以焦耳为单位)。 |
| met | 单精度浮点数 | 会话持续时间内的平均 met 值。MET 值是个人在活动期间的代谢率与其静息代谢率的比率。因为无论个人体重如何,其静息代谢率均为 1.0,并且 MET 值是相对于个人静息代谢率的,所以 MET 值可用于比较不同体重个人执行活动的强度。 |
| serverTimestamp | DateTime | 服务器上创建该条目的时间(基于 UTC)。 |
| source | 8 位无符号整数 | 会话来源。 |
| timestamp | DateTime | 客户端上创建该条目的时间(基于协调世界时 (UTC))。 |
| titleId | 64 位无符号整数 | 创建该条目的标题(以十进制表示)。 |
