# AggregateSessionsResponse (JSON)

包含用户健身会话的聚合数据。

## AggregateSessionsResponse

AggregateSessionsResponse 对象具有以下规范。

| 成员 | 类型 | 说明 |
| - | - | - |
| totalDurationInSeconds | 64 位有符号整数 | 聚合期内会话的总时长(以秒为单位)。 |
| totalJoules | 64 位有符号整数 | 聚合期内消耗的总能量(以焦耳为单位)。 |
| totalSessions | 64 位有符号整数 | 聚合期内的会话总数。 |
| weightedAverageMets | 单精度浮点数 | 聚合期内加权平均代谢当量任务 (MET) 值。MET 值是个人在活动期间的代谢率与其静息代谢率之比。由于不论体重如何,静息代谢率均为 1.0,而 MET 值相对于个人的静息代谢率,因此可用于比较不同体重个人所进行活动的强度。 |
