# Scratch page

> Scratch page

Use the Scratch page as a scratch space to show the tools that you've selected by using **Add tools to workspace** on the **Menu** drop-down list. For more information, see [Adding tools to XBOX Device Portal workspaces](/tools/tools-console/wdp/windows-device-portal-on-xbox-adding-tools).

The following screenshot shows a Scratch page that has no tools.
