# PFFriendsServerGetFriendsListGetResultSize

> Get the size in bytes needed to store the result of a ServerGetFriendsList call.

Get the size in bytes needed to store the result of a ServerGetFriendsList call.

## Syntax

```cpp theme={null}
HRESULT PFFriendsServerGetFriendsListGetResultSize(  
    XAsyncBlock* async,  
    size_t* bufferSize  
)  
```

### Parameters

**`async`**   XAsyncBlock\*<br />*Inout*

XAsyncBlock for the async operation.

**`bufferSize`**   size\_t\*<br />*output*

The buffer size in bytes required for the result.

### Return value

Type: HRESULT

Result code for this API operation. If the service call is unsuccessful, the result will be E\_PF\_ACCOUNT\_NOT\_FOUND, E\_PF\_EXPIRED\_XBOX\_LIVE\_TOKEN, E\_PF\_FACEBOOK\_API\_ERROR, E\_PF\_INVALID\_SIGNATURE, E\_PF\_INVALID\_SIGNATURE\_TIME, E\_PF\_INVALID\_XBOX\_LIVE\_TOKEN, E\_PF\_PLAYER\_SECRET\_NOT\_CONFIGURED, E\_PF\_XBOX\_INACCESSIBLE, E\_PF\_XBOX\_SERVICE\_TOO\_MANY\_REQUESTS, E\_PF\_XBOX\_XASS\_EXCHANGE\_FAILURE or any of the global PlayFab Service errors.
