# PFAccountManagementClientAddUsernamePasswordGetResultSize

> Get the size in bytes needed to store the result of a ClientAddUsernamePassword call.

Get the size in bytes needed to store the result of a ClientAddUsernamePassword call.

## Syntax

```cpp theme={null}
HRESULT PFAccountManagementClientAddUsernamePasswordGetResultSize(  
    XAsyncBlock* async,  
    size_t* bufferSize  
)  
```

### Parameters

**`async`**   XAsyncBlock\*<br />*Inout*

XAsyncBlock for the async operation.

**`bufferSize`**   size\_t\*<br />*output*

The buffer size in bytes required for the result.

### Return value

Type: HRESULT

Result code for this API operation. If the service call is unsuccessful, the result will be E\_PF\_ACCOUNT\_ALREADY\_LINKED, E\_PF\_EMAIL\_ADDRESS\_NOT\_AVAILABLE, E\_PF\_INVALID\_EMAIL\_ADDRESS, E\_PF\_INVALID\_PASSWORD, E\_PF\_INVALID\_USERNAME, E\_PF\_USERNAME\_NOT\_AVAILABLE or any of the global PlayFab Service errors.
