This element is optional and is not required to be set.

## Platform

This element pertains to PC and Console.

## Behavior

* Attributes of File, Name and Arguments.
* No default value.
* Allowed value is a set of language codes defined by [RFC 1766](https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1766.txt) (i.e. "en", "en-US", "fr", or "fr-FR").
