# Profiles URIs

This section provides detail about the Profile Universal Resource Identifier (URI) addresses and associated Hypertext Transport Protocol (HTTP) methods from XBOX Live Services for *profiles*.

Only games running on Windows 8, on an XBOX 360, or on a Windows Phone device can use this service.

The domain for these URIs is profile.xboxlive.com.
