# Supplemental info

> Learn how to complete the Certification and Files pages under Supplemental info in Partner Center to answer cert team questions about your title.

As part of the XBOX Certification process, our certification team might request additional context about your game: to set up the test environment and to test all capabilities in a manner that ensures great gaming experience. If applicable to your product, we’ll request that you provide the additional context in the **Supplemental info** section. If you don’t provide it, your submission might fail certification or might be delayed.

**Supplemental info** is not part of a submission; you can enter the info at any time, and it will be carried over to subsequent submissions. Also, the info you provide will represent your product as a whole, not any individual submission.

There are two pages within Supplemental info: Certification and Files.

## Certification

The Certification page presents a series of questions about your product. To help us understand your product and test it more efficiently, answer each question. Depending on your answers, we might ask follow-up questions and request that you provide more details and upload supporting info in the **Files** page.

The info you provide on the Certification page will be made available to our certification team but won’t be displayed to customers.

## Files

The Files page lets you upload any files that will support your answers on the **Certification** section or that are otherwise necessary for us to properly understand and test your product. These files will be made available to our certification team but not to customers.

To add files, drag them into the box or select **Browse**. The files you upload must be in a supported format: .txt, .csv, .xml, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .pdf, .zip, .ppt, or .pptx. For each file that you provide, use the drop-down box to select the category that indicates the file's type:

* Achievement guide
* Exception justification
* Known issues list
* Menu map
* Walkthrough
* User manual
* Social media account list
* Publisher hosted service account list
* Test account list
* Other

If you make any mistakes or need to update a file you already provided, select **Delete** and then upload the new version.
