호퍼에 대한 통계를 검색하는 GET 작업을 지원합니다.

> 이 URI는 contract 103 이상에서 사용하도록 되어 있으며, 모든 요청에서 X-Xbl-Contract-Version: 103 이상의 헤더 요소가 필요합니다.

## 설명

이 URI는 대상 사용자 구성에서 소유자 식별자로 xuid, gt 및 me 값을 지원합니다. 티켓 작성자만 티켓을 삭제하거나 URI의 상태를 검색할 수 있습니다.
