이퀄라이저 필터의 원시 목표 계수를 가져옵니다.

## Remarks

각 바이쿼드 필터의 계수(b0, b1, b2, a1, a2)는 24비트 정수로 저장됩니다. 이를 통해 계수 범위는 최대 ±7.998까지 표현할 수 있으며, 이는 허용되는 필터 유형(20 Hz에서 18 kHz의 주파수 범위와 -18 dB에서 18 dB의 게인 범위)에 필요한 계수를 제공하기에 적합합니다.
