ホッパーの統計を取得するための GET 操作をサポートします。

> この URI は contract 103 以降での使用を想定しており、すべてのリクエストで X-Xbl-Contract-Version: 103 以降のヘッダー要素が必要です。

## 注釈

この URI は、対象ユーザーの構成における所有者識別子として xuid、gt、および me の値をサポートします。ticket を削除したり、URI のステータスを取得したりできるのは、ticket の作成者のみです。
