# SessionEntry (JSON)

フィットネス セッションのデータを含みます。

## SessionEntry

SessionEntry オブジェクトの仕様は次のとおりです。

| メンバー | 型 | 説明 |
| - | - | - |
| durationInSeconds | 32 ビット符号付き整数 | セッションの継続時間 (秒単位)。 |
| joules | 32 ビット符号付き整数 | セッション中に消費されたエネルギー (ジュール単位)。 |
| met | 単精度浮動小数点数 | セッション期間の平均 MET 値。MET 値は、活動中の個人の代謝率と、その個人の安静時代謝率との比率です。安静時代謝率は個人の体重にかかわらず 1.0 であり、MET 値は個人の安静時代謝率に対する相対値であるため、異なる体重の人が行う活動の強度を比較するのに使用できます。 |
| serverTimestamp | DateTime | サーバーにエントリが記録された時刻 (UTC 基準)。 |
| source | 8 ビット符号なし整数 | セッションのソース。 |
| timestamp | DateTime | クライアント上でエントリが作成された時刻 (協定世界時 (UTC) 基準)。 |
| titleId | 64 ビット符号なし整数 | エントリを作成したタイトル (10 進数)。 |
