# AggregateSessionsResponse (JSON)

ユーザーのフィットネス セッションに関する集計データを含みます。

## AggregateSessionsResponse

AggregateSessionsResponse オブジェクトの仕様は次のとおりです。

| メンバー | 型 | 説明 |
| - | - | - |
| totalDurationInSeconds | 64 ビット符号付き整数 | 集計期間中のセッションの合計時間 (秒単位)。 |
| totalJoules | 64 ビット符号付き整数 | 集計期間中に消費された合計エネルギー (ジュール単位)。 |
| totalSessions | 64 ビット符号付き整数 | 集計期間中のセッション総数。 |
| weightedAverageMets | 単精度浮動小数点数 | 集計期間中の加重平均代謝当量 (MET) 値。MET 値は、あるアクティビティ中の個人の代謝率と、その個人の安静時の代謝率との比率です。安静時の代謝率は個人の体重に関わらず 1.0 であり、MET 値は個人の安静時の代謝率に対する相対値であるため、異なる体重の個人が行うアクティビティの強度を比較するために使用できます。 |
