# PAGE 112 · Post-event feedback and playbook review

> Run post-event reviews with PAGE 112: collect feedback from guests with disabilities, study anecdotes and surveys, and evolve your accessibility playbook.

Your event was a success. Now reflect on highlights and learnings to apply to future events. Collect feedback from guests with disabilities, study it, and add it to your event playbook so each event is more inclusive than the last.

## Scoping questions

This guideline applies if you answer **yes** to:

* Did you host an event?

## Implementation guidelines

### Guest feedback

**Surveys**

* Add accessibility questions to an existing event survey or run a standalone survey.
* Let attendees respond anonymously or provide contact info if they'd like a follow-up.

**Anecdotal and unsolicited**

* Survey staff at the end of the event. Ask for examples of interactions with the disability community that went well — and those that didn't.
* Search social media for mentions of accessibility and your event. Consider follow-up questions with anyone who had particularly good or negative things to say.
* Pull relevant communications from official and unofficial channels during the event — registration systems, employee email, help desks — and add them to the review.

### Learnings

**Review**

* Separate feedback into positive and constructive categories.
* Celebrate the positives.
* For constructive feedback, brainstorm how you could solve the problem for future attendees. Come up with as many solutions as you like.

**Document and communicate out**

* Create an accessibility playbook for your own events. Capture each event's location, activities, presentations, and outcomes.
* Maintain a running list of learnings to reference for the next event.
* Share learnings with your event and marketing teams so they know how to improve next time.
